The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the respondent to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2017 and consequently to direct the respondent to grant Non-Recovery P.F amount from the accrued provident fund of the petitioner within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.Having regard to the limited relief sought by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made, directs the respondent to dispassionately consider the representation dated 21.08.2017 made by the petitioner and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

or before 15.12.2017.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
