********* The revision petitioners are claimants in land acquisition proceedings. Their grievance is that E.P.No.24 of 2011 is pending since 2011, even without holding of any enquiry. When the petitioners' lands have been taken away and an award has been passed in their favour, it ought to be enforced as expeditiously as possible. Keeping the E.P., pending does not appear to be fair.

2.Therefore, the learned Sub Judge, Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.24 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A compliance report shall be sent to the registry directly. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
