RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear daily before the respondent police at 6.00 p.m untill further orders and also directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.750000 before the trial court in Cr.No.38/2022 within a stipulated time of two weeks imposed on the petitioner / Accused No.2 by this Hon'ble High Court in Crl OP(MD)No.8412 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DIVYA J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear daily before the respondent police at 6.00 pm., until further orders and also directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and fifty thousand only) before the trial Court in Crime No.38/2022 within a stipulated time of two weeks imposed on the petitioner/Accused No.2 by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8412 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.
side) appearing for the respondent. 3.This Court finds no merits in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However, time to surrender and execute sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
