Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of I.P.C and 24 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.42 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.This is the third application for anticipatory bail. The earlier applications suffered dismissal. There is no change in circumstances.
