O R D E R
The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner, on the complaint of her husband/ the third respondent herein.
2. Today(09.06.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that this petitioner, without informing her husband, has left the matrimonial house along with their child. Without knowing the whereabouts of the petitioner and the child, the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. The complaint of the third respondent was registered as FIR in Crime No.257 of 2024 as ''woman missing'' and they have spent sufficient time to search the petitioner and they have also informed the second respondent. Thereafter the parties joined and lived together for some time. Thereafter, this petitioner has once again left the matrimonial house. Therefore, another complaint was lodged by the third respondent and 2/5
the same was registered as FIR in Crime No.196 of 2025 and they are conducting the enquiry. In the meantime this petitioner has filed this petition.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that on the complaint of the petitioner's husband, the respondent police is conducting enquiry and they are not harassing the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
