When the matter was taken up for hearing today, an affidavit of the respondent along with relevant documents was placed before this Court. 1/3
2.The learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that unless the petitioner furnishes the necessary documents, the request made by the petitioner for loan cannot be considered by the respondent Bank. He further submitted that the lease agreement, that was submitted by the petitioner, contains the signature of only one owner and whereas, there are totally six owners for the property even as per the patta. The learned Counsel further submitted that if a proper lease deed signed by all the land owners is produced before the respondent Bank, the request made by the petitioner will be considered for sanctioning of loan. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner shall ensure that the lease deed is signed by all the owners and the same is presented before the respondent Bank. On receipt of the same, the respondent Bank shall process the request made by the petitioner for the loan and complete the said process within a period of four weeks thereafter. This Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly.
