Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2017 and consequently to direct the respondent to grant Non-Recovery P.F amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from the accrued provident fund of the petitioner within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the respondent to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2017 and consequently to direct the respondent to grant Non-Recovery P.F amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from the accrued provident fund of the petitioner within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.Having regard to the fact that the limited relief has sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made, directs the respondent to dispassionately consider the representation dated 04.09.2017 made by the petitioner and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before 15.12.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
