O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue hall ticket to her enabling her to participate in the physical measurement test for the post of Grade II Police Constable, Jail Warder and Firemen, 2018.

2.This Court by order dated 03.09.2018 had permitted the petitioner to participate in the Physical Endurance Test and also directed the respondents to issue necessary instructions to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

officials concerned and issue Hall Ticket to the petitioner enabling her to participate in the Physical Endurance Test. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has been permitted to participate in the Physical Endurance Test and her results are also kept in a sealed cover pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 03.09.2018.

4.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition, since the petitioner was permitted to participate in the Physical Endurance Test. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed and the results of the petitioner shall be declared. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
