ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner worked as Secondary School Teacher in the third respondent School. Her appointment order was initially approved temporarily by the department pursuant to the direction given by this Court. Later the writ petition was allowed. The petitioner however quit the service. The only relief that she is now seeking is disbursement of the yearly increments and other monetary benefits.

3. The petitioner has given a representation dated 10.07.2019 in this regard. When the petitioner's appointment was approved, she has to be necessarily paid the consequential increments and other benefits also. They cannot be denied. The first respondent is directed to quantify the benefits payable to the petitioner and pay the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
