PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5549 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 on the file of this Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5549 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly for nearly 30 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5549, dated 26.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1st and 15th day 2/3

of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
