ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today (25.07.2018), the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's application for educational loan of his daughter namely, Sangeetha is under consideration and he also produced a letter passed by the respondent in Ref:ZO:TNY:RBD:18/2017-B, dated 18.11.2017, to that effect. 2.Since the application for educational loan is under consideration, no further order is required in the present writ petition and hence, this writ petition is closed with liberty to challenge if any adverse orders passed on his loan application and the second respondent shall endeavor to take further final action on the petitioner's application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
