Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accord permission and provide adequate police protection for conducting "Aadal Padal cultural program" which is scheduled to be taken place on 14.07.2019, in connection with the 25th Annual Festival of "Sri Ainthuvasal Ayyaanar Temple" at Uthukuli Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Maduari District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2019.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that there is no rival claim and that he is espousing the cause of the entire villagers.

2.Recoding the said submission, the second respondent is directed to grant permission to conduct the petition mentioned event.

The second respondent shall issue appropriate proceedings in this regard by incorporating suitable conditions for regulating the smooth conduct of the event.

3.The writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs.
