ORDER

The revision petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.224 of 2015 before the Sub Court, Theni for divorcing the respondent herein. In the said HMOP, the respondent filed I.A.No.22 of 2017 claiming interim maintenance. The Court below directed the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as interim maintenance. The said order is questioned in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. This Court is of the view that such an order does not warrant any interference. However, taking note of the serious allegations made against the respondent, the Court below is directed to conclude the main proceedings, namely, H.M.O.P.No.224 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
