There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. An almost identical Writ Petition was filed before this Court in W.P. (MD)No.14035 of 2025, seeking similar relief in respect of the very same land. By order dated 28.05.2025, this Court dismissed the said Writ Petition with the following observation:- ''This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the 3rd and 5th respondents from building a road in the petitioner's own pathway as a public pathway in new Survey Nos. 504/4, 552/8 situated at Thangatchiammapatti Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, submitted that already the road has been laid and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition are closed.''
