The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 23.06.2016 to the second respondent for providing police protection to her life and limb and for her hotel business, which has not yet been considered by the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second

respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 23.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
