ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.3 to provide permission for selling Aavin Milk and Milk products in Karampakudi bus stand by
considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.08.2017, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is before this Court, since the petitioner's representation to have a Milk Booth in Karambakudi Bus stand, is kept pending without any orders being passed by respondents. Hence, the petitioner prays for an appropriate direction to the respondents.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
