Mr.V.Om Prakash Government Advocate COMMON ORDER This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 03.07.2023 and 06.07.2023. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 10.07.2023, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the learned counsel for the petitioner was no more and hence, this Court ordered notice to the petitioner. Accordingly, the notice was served on the petitioner as early as on 19.07.2023. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. In spite of the same, when the matter was listed on 12.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned at request of the learned Government Advocate. Once again the matter was listed on 26.02.2024. However, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court is left with no other option, except to dismiss the writ petitions for nonprosecution.
