ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition that was imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioners, wherein, the 1/3

petitioners were directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each along with two sureties each among them one surety is blood surety and another one surety with solvency (petitioners own Jurisdiction Thashildhar) for the said sum to the satisfaction of the concerned court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P. No.106 of 2025, dated 21.01.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties each, one of them shall be a blood relative, to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, without insisting on a solvency certificate. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time for executing the sureties by the petitioners before the concerned Court is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which bail already granted by the Court below shall stand cancelled.
