Since the sixth Respondent/Encroacher was removed from Survey No.85/25, Vadugampaadi Village, Naduthalipatti, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, as per G.O.(Ms)No.540, Revenue [LD6(2)] Department, dated 04.12.2014 [Vide Letter dated 09.10.2017 of the Block Development Officer, Guziliyamparai Panchayat Union, Guziliyamparai, addressed to the Tahsildar, Guziliyamparai], this Court closes the present Writ Petition, as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs.
