ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate compensation for sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the petitioner for his father's death due to electrocution by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2023.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 would submit that the third respondent will consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2023.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 to 5, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2023, in the light of the existing Board proceedings, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
