PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any case based on the representation by the petitioner dated 17.08.2021.

O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any case based on the representation by the petitioner dated 17.08.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, a case has been registered against the mother-in-law of the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 498A and she was also granted Anticipatory bail and now she is facing charge in CC No.80 of 2019 and another compliant has been given by the third respondent, the petitioner has been granted Anticipatory bail in Crime No.7 of 2020. He is also ready to co-operate with the enquiry officer for the purpose of completing the enquiry.
But, without having any proper complaint against the petitioner, the official respondents have visited the work place of the petitioner and making harassment. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only for the purpose of taking finger print, the second respondent visited the petitioner's place. Except that, there is no such harassment as contended by the petitioner's counsel. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
Crl.O.P(MD)No.12324 of 2021 4.If the official respondents want to take finger print of the petitioner, they can very well move the concerned Court and get appropriate orders. Since the petitioner is also ready to co-operate with the enquiry to complete the same, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
5.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
