ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.One Veeriah passed away on 05.03.2021. He was employed as Assistant in the office of the second respondent. He died in harness. He left behind the writ petitioner (mother), Alagujothi (wife) and five year old child. The prayer in the writ petition is for appointing the sister of the deceased namely, Suseela on compassionate ground.

3.The matter was referred to mediation and a compromise has been arrived at between the writ petitioner and the third respondent. The writ petitioner had made it clear that she has no objection for considering the request of the third respondent for compassionate appointment. Compromise memo has already been filed before medication centre.

4.Recording the no objection of the writ petitioner for considering the case of the third respondent for appointment on compassionate ground, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
