This writ petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the respondents 5 to 7 not enter the petitioner's land in S.No.1239/2 to an extent in the middle portion of 1 acre 13 cents, out of 2 acres 40 cents at Periyakulam RD, Uthamapalayam Sub-D, Keela Gudalur Village, till the disposal of the representation dated 20.11.2017, pending before the 2nd respondent.

2. After elaborate argument and discussion, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Civil Court for appropriate relief.
