PRAYER in W.P.(MD) No.15369 of 2019 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the entire records pertaining to the "Refusal Check Slip" issued by the respondent vide Refusal Number.RFL/Nilakottai/16/2020 relating the petitioner's sale deed dated 08/10/2020 in connection with the property situated in Natham Survey No.293/3, Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and quash the same and consequently direct him to register the said document based on the annexures that have been enclosed therein at the time of presentation.
