O R D E R

The petitioners seek for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.04.2016 of the petitioners and to continue the petitioners under NMR service duly recording service particulars in petitioners Service Registers / Service Rolls from 01.01.2015 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioners is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 01.01.2015 on merits and in accordance with law (in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.6410 to 6412 of 2014, dated 28.04.2016) after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
