********* The respondent in R.C.O.P.No.78 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, Principal Rent Controller, Madurai Town, is the revision petitioner herein. The revision petitioner is the tenant. In the said R.C.O.P., the first respondent herein got herself impleaded as second petitioner by filing an I.A.No.27 of 2015. Questioning the order dated 18.07.2018, allowing the I.A.No.27 of 2015, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that he will now be quandary as to who is to be treated as his landlord. To allay the said apprehension, it is made clear that because of the impugned order, impleading the first respondent herein as the second petitioner in the R.C.O.P.No.78 of 2011, the rights of the revision petitioner shall in no way be affected or infringed. He is also at liberty to canvass the issue of maintainability which was earlier raised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.With these observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
