Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the person or body of the petitioner's Minor Daughter, the detenue namely Nanthini, D/o. Late. Periyannan, aged about 17 years, before this Court and handed over to the petitioner.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's minor daughter, by name, Nanthini, aged about 17 years, is found missing and alleging that the 4th respondent kidnapped the minor daughter, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2.Earlier notice ordered. Today, the 3rd respondent police produced the detenue Nanthini before this Court and when we enquire, the detenue states that she is willing to go with her mother/petitioner. The petitioner is also present and she states that she is willing to take the detenue.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1234 of 2021 3.The learned Standing Counsel for the State submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a crime was registered by the 3rd respondent, against the 4th respondent, for the offence 'girl missing'. Subsequently, the girl was secured and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, wherein, the victim girl given a statement that she has voluntarily left the house and she is not kidnapped by the 4th respondent. Recording the same, the further action in the complaint has been dropped. 4.Considering the above circumstances, the detenue has been secured and now she is willing to go with the her mother, no further adjudication is required. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
