Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to censor the objectionable scenes listed in the petitioner association letter dated 20.11.2017 in the certified filed Theeran Athigarm Ondru on the files of the first and second respondents and further direct the fourth and sixth respondents to pay 50% of the revenue of the screening the said derogatory and defamatory movie to undertake welfare activities to De-notified Tribal Communities through third respondent.
