This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent No.2 to transfer the patta to the petitioner's name in respect of her land in S.No..129/1B1 and Re.S.No.131/2D1 in Paravai Pit 1, Madurai North, Paravai Village, Madurai District, by considering her representation dated 20.09.2017 in accordance with law.
2. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that she has submitted an application/representation dated 20.09.2017 through online to the 2nd respondent for transfer of patta in her name and since there was no response on the said application, the petitioner is before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court with the above prayer.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the application of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders be passed.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the application/representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2017 and pass suitable orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any.
6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
