This Criminal Original Petition is filed call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No. 302/2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal in respect of the petitioner herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai in STC No.58 of 2024 on 07.08.2024 and the petitioner herein was acquitted by the trial Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
