O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice.] In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought orders restraining a Christian mission from resorting to forced conversion of alleged targeted group of Scheduled Caste people of Nagankulam Village to Christianity.

2. First of all, the concerned missionary has not been impleaded. There can be no doubt that the forcible conversion is impermissible in law. However, as pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is devoid of any material particulars whatsoever. individual, who has been forcibly converted into Christianity. There are no materials to substantiate the allegations. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
