O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2016 and consequently to grant amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Non-Recovery P.F) from the accrued provident fund of the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has been working as Driver in the respondent Corporation with effect from 03.09.1989; that in order to meet the medical expenses of his wife and his sons' educational expenses, he has submitted a representation dated 31.12.2016, requesting the respondent to grant a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- from his provident fund amount and since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking the direction stated supra.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, who would submit that the respondent is prepared to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass suitable orders on the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the

merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 31.12.2016, submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment to do so.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
