ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct single man hunger strike on 16.07.2022 from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Kottapattu Junction, Indira Nagar via, Trichy City. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation on 12.07.2022 to conduct the single man hunger strike on 16.01.2022 from 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Kottapattu Junction, Indira Nagar via, Trichy City for the public issue and hence the respondent police may consider the petitioner's representation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner already gave a representation on 11.07.2022, which was rejected by the respondent police, but the rejection order was not enclosed herewith. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the third respondent is hereby directed to consider 2 / 4

the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2022 and to pass suitable orders on merits.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
