This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.11 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner. 1/3

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, while filing final report, the petitioner's name was deleted from the case. The charge sheet has been filed against the remaining accused persons before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.317 of 2016 and disposed of on 29.02.2016. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 18.07.2022 Index :Yes/No Internet:Yes/No vsd To 1.The Inspector of Police, Eppodumvendran Police Station, Thoothukudi.
