The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the petitioner's land measuring 7848 square feet in Survey No.579/3 at Chettinaickanpatti Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Let me not go further into details since the respondents have already issued notice to calling upon the petitioner herein to participate and expressing their intention to survey the lands. 2/5

3. A direction is given to the respondents to proceed further and if there are no objections, complete the process of survey on or before 31.07.2023.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
