O R D E R

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 10.11.2017 seeking for a direction to the respondent to provide educational loan to his son namely R.Deva who is studying Ist year B.E., Civil Engineering in Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology at S.P.G.C Nagar, K.Vellakulam, Near Virudhunagar, Madurai District, has not been considered by the respondent till date and therefore, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner herein has not made any application seeking for educational loan and hence they are unable to take any further action on the same.

3. In view of the above , the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh online application and on receipt of such application,

the respondent is directed to consider the same on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
