dated 23/11/2007 and quash the same and direct the 4th respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service and with all attended benefits.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents pointed out that all the administrative formalities are already over and it is only a question of raising bills by the concerned treasury. Of-course, the petitioner will have to approach the treasurer with the relevant proposals. Thereafter, the amount in question will be credited to his account. The petitioner's basic formalities are already over.
