O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent Police to some other Investigating Agency. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that initially, the case was registered in Crime No.19 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. During the pendency of this petition, the third respondent Police completed the investigation and the provision of SC/ST Act was deleted and the charge sheet is made ready.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
