********* The plaintiff in O.S.No.206 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, is the revision petitioner herein. He filed I.A.No.704 of 2017 for appointing an advocate commissioner. The Court below noted that this being a suit for bare injunction and there being no dispute regarding identity of the suit property, there was no need for appointing an advocate commissioner. The Court below has observed that the plaintiff can establish his version by oral and documentary evidence. 2.This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
