PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the third respondent herein do not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein with regard to pathway dispute and further direct the third respondent herein do not harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein. 1/6

ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent herein not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent with regard to pathway dispute and further direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent.
2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has earlier filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10605 of 2022 seeking orders to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members for the life and limb based on her complaint dated 06.06.2022 and this Court vide, order dated 15.06.2022, has disposed of the same and directed the third respondent to consider the representation, dated 06.06.2022 given by the petitioner and take appropriate action. Moreover, in the said order, this Court by observing that since there existed dispute between the petitioner 2/6
and the respondents 4 to 7 with regard to the cart track poromboku and the suit in O.S.No.86 of 2019 is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vedasandur and that the requisition was given to the Tahsildar to decide about the patta with regard to the card track poromboku in S.No. 574/4, directed the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the enquiry is pending before the Tahsildar. He would further submit that though summons has been sent to the petitioner, she has not appeared in pursuance of the same. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the third respondent. 5.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 21.07.2022 at 11.00 a.m and on such appearance, the third respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 3/6
6.With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
