ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni to take on file the above charge sheet filed by the respondent police in connection with Crime No. 324 of 2015 into cognizance and issue the process forthwith and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C No. 206 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
