3. The grievance of the petitioner is that as on date, his appeal dated 23.05.2016 is pending on the file of the respondent and the same is not yet disposed of.

In view of the pendency of the second appeal of the petitioner before the respondent/Tamilnadu State Information Commission, Chennai-18, this Court, in the interest of justice, equity, fair play, good conscience and even as a matter of prudence, at this stage, simpliciter directs the respondent/Tamilnadu State Information Commission, Chennai-18, to take up the second appeal of the petitioner in the subject matter in issue and to dispose of the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
