2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already the matter is posted for trial on 17.07.2019.

3. Considering the fact that already the trial is commenced, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri is directed to proceed with the trial in S.T.C.No.10 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
