ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and mark the four boundaries of the 1/4
property in survey No.334/3H, measuring 24 cents, at Thogamalai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner had purchased property by a deed dated 09.12.2021 from one Perumal. The petitioner claims to be in possession. The petitioner had paid necessary charges on 03.06.2022.
3.A direction is given to the respondents to examine the application given by the petitioner herein and also issue notice to the petitioner and proceed to survey the land as sought by the petitioner and complete the said exercise within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation.
