2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Murali, learned standing counsel appearing for the Madurai Corporation has submitted that if the petitioners and others who are having Demand Draft for the requisite amount shown in the notification along with two passport size photographs, residence proof and PAN number, approach the respondent, they will be issued with entry tickets for participating in the public auction to be held on 29.06.2016.

of directing the petitioners to approach the respondent today, 28.06.2016 along with two passport size photographs, residence proof and PAN number. Upon production of the above documents, the respondent is directed to issue entry tickets to the petitioners for participating in the auction to be held on 29.06.2016 in respect of item No.1 under Zone 1 in the auction notification. No costs.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the Madurai Corporation is directed to communicate this order to the respondent forthwith, since the auction is going to be held on 29.06.2016.
