ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to proceed with the enquiry with regard to the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.03.2017 and complete the same within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's brother, in order to mortgage their family property, has forged the signature of the petitioner and received some amount from the Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank. Thereby, the petitioner made a complaint before the first respondent police on 02.03.2017 and the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above said prayer.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner's complaint was enquired and the same was closed.
