Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2018 in pursuance of the letter issued by the first respondent dated 01.12.2010 in No.MSU/R/MC/2010 by implementing the same within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2018 in pursuance of the letter issued by the first respondent dated 01.12.2010 in No.MSU/R/MC/2010 by implementing the same within a time frame.

2.Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2018 shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
