ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.06.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for the business purpose, the petitioner had borrowed some amount from the private financiers namely, Subramani, Ramasamy, Mohammed Yahoob, Pulikumar, Malaikani, Karthiga, Santhanam Chettiar. Further, the petitioner had paid the entire principal amount with interest to the above said financiers. But, they are charging exorbitant interest and also harassing the petitioner. Hence the petitioner lodged a complaint to the third respondent. But, till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on 2/4

receiving the complaint from the petitioner, the respondent police issued a summon to the petitioner. But, he did not appear before the respondent police. Hence, the petition enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent, co-operate for the enquiry and the third respondent is also directed to conduct enquiry and take suitable action on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
