Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to proceeding bearing Reference Na.Ka.53200/2004/C5, dated 23.10.2017 for the first respondent and quash the same and to direct the competent authority i.e., the first respondent to relegate the parties to the competent Civil Court.

ORDER
