When this petition is taken up for hearing in the after noon, the petitioner herself appeared and submitted that the issue between the parties is settled in Sivagangai Mediation Centre and therefore, she sought permission of this court to withdraw this petition. She has also made an endorsement so.

3.This Court after verifying the petitioner's identity grants permission to her to withdraw this petition. Accordingly this transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
